Local Development Plans - Scotland

Development plans set out the long term vision for development in each planning authority and are used to assess planning applications. The latest available local development plan (LDP) spatial data for Scotland is shared here. Where a planning authority has their own data portal where the LDP data is stored, a link is provided. Where this is not available, a data download is provided. This data should be reviewed in conjunction with the LDP documents and with the National Planning Framework 4 policy that now forms part of all local development plans.
